DYROL Die Transfer Rollers

Dyrol® modules are designed to extend or retract the support rollers (or balls) for the easy transport of manufacturing dies in or out of a press bed.  With the units raised, the Dyrol modules allow the die-set ultimate ease of movement into or out of the press bed area.

Once positioned, the Dyrol modules are retracted below the press bed level, lowering the die to provide complete contact with the press bed.

At the completion of the press run, the dies are unclamped and the Dyrol modules are raised allowing for easy transfer out of the press to the die truck. 

They are produced in a range of sizes and load capacities, with a choice of spring or hydraulic operation.  The lighter capacity spring types are also produced in both bi-directional roller and multi-directional ball support models. The hydraulic models are joined by a unique "Twist-Lok" method allowing for easy installation and maintenance.

All models in the range feature full roller bearings for very low friction coefficients making die movement and positioning extremely easy.
